As the focus of Nation United's first Ambassador Spotlight, the lead scorer at our inaugural event, Cole Zarola took some time answer questions about himself:

What are words you live by?: If you want to be first place, train like you are in second place
Food: Gluten free Mac N’ Cheese
When/How did you start playing lacrosse? In 6th Grade my friends dad, who was a football coach, introduced me to the sport
Best lacrosse memory? Scoring my first goal in 6th grade
Signature move? That is classified information…
Why do you play for Nation United? I play for NU so I can play with really talented players, who have similar goals, but might have different backgrounds than me.
What does it mean to you to be an ambassador of the game? Achieving personal goals and making good decisions on and off the field
What is an example of a "Community Impact Play"? I volunteer as a referee for our youth lacrosse association, the PQ Tigers. I also donate time to activities for kids with autism, like my brother.

For #FBF we revisit a 2013 letter to the editor by an original ambassador to the game, Denison player Sam McPeak. For our inagural event, Nation United Lacrosse will field the first and only 2017-2018 Elite Level Boys team that will focus on and showcase diversity and will compete in the Adrenaline Summer Invitational on June 29th-30th in Downingtown, PA.
